Held under the theme <em>\u201cPeace, Stability and Social Cohesion: Unleashing the Power of Youth to Lead,\u201d<\/em> the summit provided an enriching platform for students to engage with pressing issues facing West Africa.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2444\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Discussions covered key topics including: democratic governance, youth participation and employment, regional security, cybercrime prevention, social inclusion, and regional integration. These discussions offered students a practical understanding of contemporary regional challenges, centering on the principles of leadership, diplomacy, negotiation, and critical thinking. Through lively debates and collaborative discussions, students experienced firsthand how policies are shaped, diverse perspectives are considered, and consensus is achieved.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2445\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Participants enhanced their public speaking, negotiation, and analytical skills, while gaining a deeper appreciation for respectful dialogue and cooperation in addressing complex issues.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2446\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">A key highlight of the ECOWAS Summit was the opportunity to hear from distinguished leaders, including the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin, and His Excellency Mohamed Hassan Kaisamba, High Commissioner of Sierra Leone to Ghana. Their messages inspired students to embrace their potential as future leaders capable of contributing to Africa\u2019s growth and unity.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2447\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">This experience reflects our commitment to holistic student development.
