On behalf of the class of 2010 and by extension entire alumni of The Roman Ridge School, we are honoured to acknowledge the enduring legacy of Mr. Geoffrey Robert Allen; an extraordinary headmaster, teacher, and mentor.
Mr. Allen was more than an educator. He was a steady guide who believed in discipline, integrity, and the holistic development of every student. Through his balanced approach to academics and extracurricular life, he shaped generations of TRRS students into mature, responsible, and confident adults, ready to take on the world and make a difference.
His impact was not confined to the classroom. Whether in morning assemblies, inter-house competitions, or quiet one-on-one conversations, Mr. Allen instilled values that continue to guide us today.
It is, therefore, with gratitude and pride that we unveil his head bust during this 15th Speech and Prize Giving Day; a timeless tribute to a man whose legacy lives on in every student he nurtured.
