TRRS Life Lessons Series: Preparing for the Future

TRRS was honoured to welcome Mr. Daniel Dotse, CEO of Lead for Ghana on 23 June 2025, as part of our ongoing Life Lessons series. Mr. Dotse met with our Lower Six students, who are preparing to graduate next year and embark on university studies.

Mr. Dotse shared his personal reflections from the various phases of his life and spoke with passion about how each stage prepared him for his current leadership role.

He emphasised the importance of developing key competencies such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence, describing these as essential, transferable skills for any career path. Mr. Dotse impressed upon our students the need to be socially conscious and that to be able to add value and serve our communities is a privilege. He encouraged all of them to use their gifts and talents, opportunities and achievements in the service of humanity. Students left the session inspired, equipped with a clearer understanding of the demands of today’s professional landscape and a deeper appreciation for the skills they need to thrive beyond the classroom.

At TRRS, we continue to prioritise opportunities that bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application equipping our students with the mindset and tools for lifelong success.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Daniel Dotse for his time and invaluable insights, and to Ms. Anna Mensah (Careers and Guidance Counsellor) for facilitating this meaningful engagement.
